Shopping Malls

We have painted the exteriors and interiors of many shopping malls in the Ottawa area, including Carlingwood Mall, Place d’Orleans, St. Laurent Shopping Centre, Bayshore Shopping Centre, Gloucester Mall, and Hazeldean Shopping Centre. For instance, at Carlingwood Mall we recently painted extensively on the outside (stairwells, parking decks, and compactors) and on the inside as well (several stores, doors and frames, and staircases).

We assess the needs of the job in terms of personnel, material and equipment, and arrange to have everyone and everything available when needed. We then work with our customer to devise a schedule that is the least disruptive. This may mean working overnight on the weekend or after hours.

A very important aspect of our work is cleanliness. We ensure that the site is cleaned up every day/night once we are done working. Another high priority is safety. All our workers are trained in Fall Protection, WHMIS, and in the use of specialized equipment such as elevated work platforms (where applicable).

We continue to provide regular maintenance at Carlingwood Mall and many of its stores; likewise at the other malls on our list.
